Continuing Professional Development Policy

Training Year
Our training year commences 1 July each year. All representatives must have an Individual Training Plan recorded in the Kaplan Ontrack system.
Minimum Requirements
40 hours minimum total training per year across five specific competency areas, with up to 4 hours permitted for professional reading.

Record Keeping Requirements
- Qualifying CPD activities undertaken and completion dates

Training records are requested at least quarterly to track compliance. Representatives not meeting targets must catch up by the following quarter or face reporting to ASIC.
